I had a so-so week with exercise. I kept on track from M through W, but just couldn't get out of bed and do anything Th, which led to skipping F too. It was "that time" for me last week and I have at least one day of just being exhausted, so I was kinda expecting not to be able to do anything one day. I should have tried to "catch up" last weekend, but no excuses I just didn't. I'm back on track for this week so far...got up and did a 2-mile walk this morning, including using weights. I'm thinking of upping my weights from 3lbs to 5lbs for my T and Th weightlifting routines. Wish me luck!
