The Shed: It’s Finished!

The builders came out the next day and worked the whole day long (without knocking on my door once!) and completed work on the shed.

These guys know what they are doing.  I think they’ve done this once or twice before.  ;)

I just want to know…what’s with the leftover parts?  Are they just extras like the boys’ Legos?  Or did they forget to put something important in?  Hmm.

The boys are anxious to give you a tour!

Stairs!  I don’t even have stairs in my house.  I am so jealous.

I can see the neighbors!  In the other subdivision!  In the next county!  Well, maybe not that far…

Of course almost immediately after the construction was complete it started raining.  Ugh.  We managed to go out during a break in the clouds to sweep out some of the sawdust and pick up stray nails.  Dh and the boys have a lot of work cut out for them with the caulking and painting (right now we are still just trying to decide on colors lol.)  It’s still a work in progress, but we are so happy it’s there!
