Sweet Ellie continues to be the focus in the cat world at our house. (Although right now “sweet” Ellie is in a time out in the back bedroom because she was too crazypants this morning lol.) Katy tolerates the kitten fairly well, but Mimi continues to despise her. She will, however, eat the kitten’s wet food, which is weird because she normally never touches wet food. She also growls any time she sees the kitten, including when she is eating the kitten’s food. It’s quite funny to hear her growling and munching down on food at the same time.
You can barely see Ellie’s ear around the corner as Mimi growls and eats.
She works up the nerve to creep out from behind the couch.
She makes the mistake of actually looking at Mimi.
Hiding behind the fan on the other side of the room. One day I predict Ellie will actually be bigger than Mimi and the tables will turn. ;)
Aw, isn’t she adorable? She loves to pose like this for the camera. Visit Gattina’s for more kitty fun, and Happy COT! I want to add, I do visit all the participating COT blogs, but something is wrong with either Blogger or Google because on some blogs it won’t let me leave a comment. Please know I’m not ignoring you (especially if you leave me a comment) but that I am unable to leave comments on some blogs.
Awww, Ellie is so cute. Yes, feed Ellie well and make her grow bigger than Mimi! :)
ReplyDeleteShe is so incredibly cute! What a poser. Poor Mimi. I've seen many cute kittens take control of the house when they grow up. :o)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comment. I appreciate that my work is noticed. I always panic in the eleventh hour and wonder if anything I've written makes sense! :o)
Peace and Laughter,
Cristina
How sweet she is, I do hope they manage to sort out their differences!
ReplyDeleteShe really is a cute kitty ! Pookie too still hisses and growls at Rosie, and that is now 4 years. The only difference is that Rosie hisses back now, lol !
ReplyDeleteI am going home on Thursday.
Ellie is very cute, love that pose and hope the other cats will accept her soon. Have you tried feeding them all together at the same time?
ReplyDeleteEllie is adorable!
