That's ds2, my 12yo, getting up close and personal with a blood cell. My dh is a lab engineer and had this microscope and some slides he uses at work that he passed on to ds for his science studies. Ds has had so much fun this week! Imo, it's kinda gross lol, but neat to look at. His favorite was finding a flea on the cat and looking at it up close...it still wriggled! Hope everyone has a great week.

ReplyDeleteHey, that's great!! I've heard of other homeschoolers getting creative and looking at boogers... but... I think I'd stick with the blood cells. Better not to know.
