Well, I only exercised one day last week. A combination of things, really. My oldest graduated high school, it was "that time of the month", and I'll admit to being lazy. It's transition time around my home, what with the kids finishing school and us having some time off with no activities planned until next week...when I get up in the morning I kinda don't know what to do lol. I know we will settle into a summer routine soon, and I want to make sure my exercise routine stays the same. I did do a "gentle" one mile walk dvd this morning to get back into the swing of things, and I don't foresee having problems meeting my exercise goals this week. I hope everyone enjoys their week!
