Do you buy books while on vacation/holiday?
Do you have favorite bookstores that you only get to visit while away on a trip?
What/Where are they?
Our vacations are almost always to Disney World, and yes, they have unique bookstores I like to visit. There is one in Disney Studios that is based on the bookstore Ellen DeGeneres had when she had a sitcom on t.v., and then I browse the books at Virgin Record Store in Downtown Disney while my older boys drool over the cd's and music merchandise. I usually pick up a book or two but never have time to read any while we are there.
Thanks for your comment on Littlesmurf's Nature journal. He actually did enjoy doing it - and sharing it with the rest of us!! It will be a cool thing for him to look back on when he's older, too.
