Spring Reading Challenge

I love reading and challenges, so I'm joining in on this one! Katrina at Callapidder Days is hosting this challenge, from March 20th through June 19th. I am using this as a way of tracking what I read this spring, getting inspired to read by seeing what others are enjoying, and providing reviews of the books I do finish. I have actually been reading a lot lately so I don't think it's going to be much of a challenge after all lol. Here are my lists:
Books Already On My Shelves:
Making Waves by Cassandra King *finished* See review
The Devil Wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger*finished*
The Seventh Unicorn by Kelly Jones
Girl With A Pearl Earring by Tracy Chevalier *finished* See review
Girl From The South by Joanna Trollope
Family Baggage by Monica McInerney *finished* See review
Same Sweet Girls by Cassandra King *finished*
Oh My Stars by Lorna Landvik *finished*
Total Mom Makeover *finished*
Books I Want To Read
Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides *finished*
Peony In Love by Lisa See *finished*
Time Travelers Wife
Water For Elephants *finished* See review
Life of Pi*finished*
The Reading Group *finished*
I'm sure I'll add to this as time goes by. I look forward to seeing what others have read and diving into this pile of books lol! Happy Reading. Julie

  1. Thanks for your prayers for my Uncle and myself!
Dad told me that Uncle John seemed a little happier yesterday - hopefully this will continue.

  2. I loved Girl With a Pearl Earring. Not sure what books I would have on my reading challenge, I think I have been doing more blogging than reading lately, : )
Are you liking blogger more than hsb?

  4. I really need to do this, I have all these books and have even started some, but then I put it away and start another before the other one is finished. Maybe this would help me get more organized.

  5. Hey Julie,
I was wondering where you had gone too! Is blogger easier to use than HSB, because I'm having some problem's over there. And not sure where to move to. Will you let me know? Love your reading list. I belong to a crochet group and that site has a 50 book challenge in one year. I'm trying my best to read everyday. The calendar is offered on HSB, all I did was add a couple of graphics to inhance it. Creative Ladies Ministry did have a some calendar's, but I don't know if they still offer them. If I find a spot for calendar's I'll let you know.
Also, THANK YOU for the wonderful gift's and cards while being my secret sister. I had no idea it was you. THANKS alot.
    Many hugs,
    Lynn
