Product Review: Tree Top

Thanks to Mom Central the boys and I got to try out some yummy juice and applesauce from Tree Top.  The company is celebrating it’s 50th anniversary this year and part of the fun is a secret ingredient recipe contest.  We were inspired to try some of the Trim Juice drink in our favorite smoothies (juice, yogurt, frozen fruit.)  It was delish as always and I was pleased to use a product with less sugar and fewer calories.   I also used some apple juice for a steak marinade that dh grilled up for us and it turned out wonderful (soy sauce, apple juice, olive oil, cloves and fresh herbs.)   I would have used the applesauce we received in a dessert dish, if ds2 hadn’t eaten it before I could hide it lol.  There are so many ways to substitute apple sauce and apple juice in everyday dishes.  The Tree Top website has a ton of recipes to try (I have my eye on the barbeque sauce) even some for dog treats and crafts!
